Grocery Shopping Guide - Complete Order

When you click the "Complete Order" button in your cart, you are taken to the checkout where you enter the delivery and contact information for this order. In addition to the Header and Footer that have been on every other page so far you'll see two areas, the cart summary area and the order form.

The Cart Summary Area:

This area contains a list of all items in your cart along with the taxes, and approximate price (as detailed in the cart help). This gives you an opportunity to double-check your order before submitting your order information. If you are sure it is correct, proceed to the order form.

The Order Form:

Here is where you enter the personal information needed for delivery to your home. Fill out your name, address, phone number, and delivery information such as time and day of delivery along with any special instructions you have for either the grocer of the deliveryperson (ie: "I would like ripe bananas" or "Please come to the back door") and click the "Submit Order" button - you will be taken to step two of the checkout process, submitting the order for processing.

Submitting The Order For Processing:

When you click "Submit Order" you are one click away from being finished with your shopping. A page comes up with all the information that is submitted - Items in your cart, name, special instructions etc. This is your last chance to modify your order on-line. Please take a moment to ensure that the address and phone number are correct then click "Submit Order For Processing" at the bottom of the page. Please click this button only once to prevent duplicate orders from being processed. One the processing is complete, your cart is emptied and you can return to any part of the store you like.
